Mindfulness

Everyday I make it a point to practice and implement mindfulness.

What is mindfulness?

It is not simply the act of thinking about something.  The act of mindfulness is bringing total awareness to the moment and understanding all that, that moment possesses.  Being mindful of your self,  others, and your daily interactions with life promotes happiness and more importantly appreciate every moment in and of its self.
