Beauty of Yoga!

I started my yoga journey about 1 1/2 years ago and love how it has affected my overall interactions daily.
I used to think that a “real” workout could only be accomplished through exercises like running, weight lifting, etc., but being introduced to yoga has made me appreciative of the challenges of yoga and it’s unique influences on various aspects of my life.
